With extensive experience spanning industries—including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and the public sector—Annsofi has successfully managed teams of up to 400 people, overseen budgets exceeding 250 million SEK, served as chairman of a global concept group, and advised organizations navigating both growth and adversity.
Annsofi has led teams through some of the most complex and challenging situations: sensitive workplace conflicts, misconduct investigations, bomb threats, demonstrations, media crises, IT disruptions, and large-scale emergencies like the Drottninggatan attack in Stockholm.
