With extensive experience spanning industries—including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and the public sector—Annsofi has successfully managed teams of up to 400 people, overseen budgets exceeding 250 million SEK, served as chairman of a global concept group, and advised organizations navigating both growth and adversity.

Annsofi has led teams through some of the most complex and challenging situations: sensitive workplace conflicts, misconduct investigations, bomb threats, demonstrations, media crises, IT disruptions, and large-scale emergencies like the Drottninggatan attack in Stockholm. Known for her ability to navigate high-stakes scenarios, Annsofi ensures stability, trust, and operational continuity while prioritizing the safety of employees and customers.

Beyond crisis management, Annsofi has spearheaded transformative initiatives such as large-scale rebranding efforts across multiple markets, the design and delivery of leadership development programs, and coaching managers to resolve conflicts and lead with confidence.
